When I went to cross the border into Canada on Friday, June 8, 2012, I was questioned by the CBSA immigration officer as to the reason I was coming into Canada, to which I replied that I wanted to see my husband. I was asked when the last time was that I had seen him and replied June 22, 2010, the day after we were married. I was asked how long we had known one another, to which I replied since 2004. I was asked how it was we met, to which I replied that my husband used to have a website, and that I had begun to call him on the phone from 2004 on. I was asked why 2 years had passed since the last time I had seen him, which I found to be irrelevant because I am sure the CBSA officer knew why, but I told him anyway; that his boss Vic Toews was responsible for the illegal and doctored exclusion order served to me because of the crimes he has committed against me in the past, and that he has reason to keep me out of Canada because I can identify him as the criminal that he is.

The CBSA immigration officer had begun to say that I had tried to enter Canada illegally 2 years previously, however I interrupted him and told him that this is certainly not the way to begin a relationship with the country in which my husband lives. I will not permit the CBSA’s lies that I had the intent to enter Canada to live there permanently and which they continue to assert. In fact, when I made an earlier visit in May 2010, I visited a neighbor of my husband, Danielle Emond, who works as a policy executive at the Canadian Federal Department of Health headquarters in Ottawa, bringing up the subject of my intent to marry and immigrate to Canada. She stated she had access to and would bring me the application forms; one set of paperwork was for application outside of Canada, the other for from within the country. Those documents were at my husband’s, waiting for my arrival so that we could discuss the best route for me to take; we were given to understand that should I apply from outside of Canada the process would take 6 months as opposed to a year from within Canada. My husband still has those documents on hand at our home. My husband had discussed with me moving to Ogdensburg, New York and obtaining a job during this process and making trips across the border before I left my home in southern California. However, everything was derailed when I was denied entry at Emerson POE and my husband directed me to go to Ogdensburg, New York and find a place to live.

The illegal doctored exclusion order stated I should deal with the minister of Immigration, not Public Safety, and therefore both my husband and myself wasted months dealing with CIC Immigration; meanwhile this situation had been taken over by Public Safety and we were never informed that Public Safety was handling this by CIC Immigration until late Fall 2010. We had filled out the sponsorship forms in August 2010 to begin the sponsorship process, and all paperwork was sent back over the next 11 months a total of 4 times along with CIC Immigration’s official stance that there was no file, even though they had given us a file number and acknowledged receipt of the $550.00 they had been paid by us, a fee that they have kept. I was finally sent a letter in the first week of February 2011 signed by Vic Toews informing me that I had never “exercised” my option to challenge the exclusion order within the first 15 days of being served, to which I replied in a letter that I had no way of knowing this was actually an option, as nowhere does it state there is such an option and I had no way to reply to it anyway, as I travelled from North Dakota to Ogdensburg across the country by car and then had to establish myself and begin legal paperwork necessary to establish myself in New York, which took longer than 15 days.

 Vic Toews’ comments in his letters sent to me and to New York Congressman Bill Owens, whom I asked to look into this on my behalf in February 2011 seemed to indicate Toews had a lack of awareness of the actual documents in question, which suggested he was not the author of the letters, but that they were prepared by the perpetrators and given his signature.

The CBSA immigration officer at Prescott POE stapled a document into my passport while telling me that he felt to his satisfaction  I had attempted to satisfy the requirements established by CBSA officer #16182 on July 22, 2011 as to my residency in the state of New York, and therefore at this time on June 8, 2012 he emphasized to me several times that he was doing me “a favor” by allowing me this visit, BUT the next CBSA Immigration officer “may not let you in based upon what you have shown me today…next time we need to be provided a statement of what amount of money you have in any bank accounts…” I pointed out to him that the letter I had brought with me “signed” by Vic Toews does not indicate anything other than that I provide proof of financial support. It does not state that I need to show CBSA my bank account statements. He glossed over this observation. This officer then continued to emphasize to me numerous times that the document I was given needed to be turned back over to the CBSA before I returned to the US border and on the date of June 11^th, the date on which I told him I needed to return, “Otherwise you will be considered in violation by the government of Canada…”. I have been given to understand that the US and Canadian borders now share information of when someone enters and leaves the respective countries, so obviously this document was given for another reason. The CBSA officer also emphasized numerous times to me that “You can return to the US by any other POE of your choosing”, in spite of the printed statement on the document given to me that states, “MUST FURNISH PROOF OF COMPLIANCE ON JUNE 11, 2012 AT PRESCOTT” I think that had I done as was being suggested to me then I would have been arrested and the RIGAUD-SEATED

(SOCIOPATHIC) CBSA officer’s statement that he never said this would have been accepted by the Canadian government as “the truth”

I did not get a chance to really review this document until I got to my husband’s home. At that point, when I looked at this document, I realized that they had not documented me as entering Canada as Jennifer Ann Kealey, which in every respect has been my LEGAL name for almost 2 years. Instead, I was listed as Jennifer Ann Nagel, which is my birth name. Why was this? Was it part of a plan to kidnap me while I was in Canada? A plan that would never admit the missing person in question was Mrs. Jennifer Ann Kealey? I guess we will never know for certain.

When I made my return trip across the border, I stopped first at Prescott POE to return the document given me. When I handed my passport to the CBSA officer, he immediately asked me “Where is the yellow paper you were given?” When I replied that I was not given a “yellow paper”, only this document, he and the female CBSA officer looked at each other with puzzled expressions. It was quite obvious that this was a situation they were unfamiliar with. I asked them if everyone gets a yellow piece of paper, and their reply was that usually in the case of someone given a specific time to return to the border before leaving Canada this was the case, and as well, they had never seen this type of document. I then asked them why this document was printed with my birth name instead of my legal name, to which they replied that I would have to ask the immigration officer, so I took a seat and waited.

 After a few minutes I was called up to the desk by a female CBSA uniformed woman, who stated to me that she understood I had questions. I asked her why my name on this document was typed as “Nagel” instead of “Kealey”, which is my legal name. She asked me if I had shown any proof of my legal name besides my passport. I showed her my New York state enhanced driver’s license and told her that I had shown this as well. She stated to me that on their records as well as by turning the actual monitor screen toward me so that I could see it, that according to their records, I was listed as Jennifer Ann Nagel, and that it was up to me to correct their information if I saw it.

 Since this document had been flashed in front of my face upon entry June 8, 2012 and then quickly folded and stapled into my passport, I had no time to look; nor does my mind think on the level of RIGAUD-SEATED (read SOCIOPATHIC) CBSA border officers. She further stated to me that I had had the chance to do this the previous 2 times at the border, to which I replied that I had provided my marriage certificate both times, and my New York state enhanced driver’s license as well at the July 22, 2011 episode. I told her that as far as I was concerned this had more to do with the crimes committed against me by her boss Vic Toews in the past and that he had every reason to keep me out of Canada. She curtly interrupted me, stating, “I don’t know anything about this; nor do I want to. You will have to take it elsewhere. Are you leaving now?” I replied I was and left.

What, I wonder at this point is if there is anyone in the CBSA, CIC Immigration and the Canadian government who simply tells the truth.

Is there anyone in the Canadian government who cares that this is the reality of how their government is run and further, that this is the type of presentation Canada makes to the world?

Will we ever find a “public servant” in Canada that still believes in transparency of word and deed, respect, and sensitivity?

When I got to the US border, I showed the American border guard my passport. He asked me “Are you on your way into Canada or have you been there already?” Why is it that the Americans did not have this information? My guess is because since my legal name is Kealey, not Nagel, it would not show up on their computer screens. I guess if I had simply “disappeared” while in Canada, it would be denied that I had ever been there, and I would be listed as a missing person with no proof of where I went missing from.

 So much for shared information between Canadian and American border ports of entry.

I had made copies of this document given to me before turning it in and now provide a copy for the purpose of this post along with a copy of my legal passport for comparison.

Thus ended my first weekend trip to visit my husband in Canada since June 2010.

I expect to return to Canada for another visit with my husband at the end of this month.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This Case Report (see below) was prepared by the therapist that I had been in treatment with at the time stated on the report. It was an attempt on my part for some monetary compensation from the state of California Victims Compensation and Government Claims Board (CalVCP) for the crimes perpetrated against me as a child, teenager and adult. At the time I was subsisting on $659.00/month.

CalVCP chose not to compensate me, stating there was no proof. They did not want the names of the California politicians or corporate businessmen involved; nor did they want to know how far up the ladder it went or where these activities took place.

 I left nursing from 1990 to 1999 to fully deal with the consequences these lifelong abuses/perpetrations and the ensuing harassment I endured on an almost daily basis. In the eyes of the state of California and the United States federal government I was officially “disabled” under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Of course, the corporations in Ogdensburg, New York to whom I have sent numerous applications for employment for open nursing positions for which I was well qualified and who have denied me employment since August 2010 are well aware of this, as well as the fact that this denial of employment is illegal under the Americans With Disabilities Act.

I had filed a police report in 1989 with the Anaheim Police, who told me the California statute of limitations prevented them from prosecuting any of my childhood perpetrators.

 I filed a police report with Van Nuys, California police, whose investigator told me he did not believe me.

 I filed a police report with L.A. Sheriffs in 1990 after I was violently assaulted at work and death threats were made against my life by a patient who was linked by her own admission to the Council of Thirteen in southern California.

 I had sought and received help from 2 women who worked with the Adam Walsh Center until they were pressured to stop investigating and helping victims of ritualistic abuse. Detective Al Valdez (currently an internationally recognized expert in gangs and their activities, and professor at University of Irvine in southern California), who was unofficially working with one of the Adam Walsh staff on this matter, was pressured by the police department he was with to stop investigating.

The truth is the system is more interested in protecting the criminals a.k.a.  perpetrators of their pre-Ice Age Voodoo Ecclesiastic Rituals as well as the fact that these rituals are taking place and are as well a front for activities used to collect DNA for the never-ending research on memory required by artificial insemination projects than they are in admitting that their system has and is supporting and condones the criminal actions of their political and corporate leaders who attend and participate in rituals in which people of all ages are sexually assaulted, raped, sodomized, murdered and cannibalized, all for the pleasure and blood lust of the perpetrators in charge of and running these rituals.

If I am alive today it is not due to the help I received, or rather did not receive from the silent acquiescence among the religious and political elite. More likely it is because CREATION has another mission for me as I am about to become a citizen with a mission living among the walking dead.

My name is Jennifer Ann Kealey. I have been forced to reside in Ogdensburg, New York since July 9, 2010, after I was served an illegal and apparently “doctored” exclusion order at the Emerson POE on July 4, 2010. The reason I was coming to Canada was to see my husband one last time as a visitor and drop off a number of items for my daughter’s hoped for future visit; then we together would find out and begin the process for him to sponsor me as his wife as well as his and a fellow boarder’s caregiver.

My husband had discussed with me beforehand that I would need to find a place to live near the border in the U.S. for this process and we had discussed Ogdensburg, New York, as he felt this was the best place for me to be during the time.

At the border I found myself instead being put through an inquisition; my cell phone was removed from my person, my purse and wallet were taken from me and anything I had written down for my own information was taken and reinterpreted by the CBSA bullies who then began to insist that I intended to make an illegal entry into Canada and actually had a U Haul full of personal items following me after, and that they had spoken to “family members” who had affirmed this. They searched my car and took an ink cartridge from my printer. I was called a “liar” and told “We don’t want your kind here….we only want people coming into Canada with the highest of morals…” I was bullied and humiliated by them. They were yelling at me and one of the males stood not 10 inches from me and put his face into mine while he “lectured” me with a raised voice in front of other people in the office. At that time he began to insist to me that my plan to meet my daughter was a false story and that they had talked to a family member who told them so, obviously taking advantage of my shock and confusion.

Nobody in this POE called my husband to ask if what I told them was true or not. I had presented my marriage certificate to them. Why did not a single one of them call my husband, my legal next of kin? If in fact they really had called my family, the story they would have gotten would be far from the truth, as I was not at that time and continuing to the present, on speaking terms with them. As I was in the process of last minute plans to leave southern California, my husband was alerted by Canadian Institute for Political Integrity investigators that one of my sisters, the trustee of the family fund, was planning to have me detained and put on a conservatorship in California because of the amount of funds in this trust and the control of the funds. I was further alerted at that time that “millions of dollars” were involved.

I left there shaken and in tears. I called my husband; he directed me to head for Ogdensburg.

When I arrived, I had to find a place to live, make my legal name change due to marriage, as I had not had time to do this beforehand. I also had to make legal changes of address for my vehicle, car insurance, credit cards, drivers license, and apply for a state of New York RN license. I applied at the time for unemployment insurance from the state of California and was informed that I was eligible to receive this due to the fact that because of marriage I had to relocate, therefore needing to leave my employment.

I was told at Emerson POE that I wanted to “Get into Canada to take advantage because Canada was such a desirable place to live…”

My position as a director of nursing in southern California was a highly desirable position with a great family owned “5 star rated” long term care facility. I was treated very well, and was very well paid. I had constant calls from corporate “head-hunters” wanting me to interview for D.O.N. positions in southern California. I knew upon leaving my employ that I would never have such an opportunity again. The reasons stated to me at Emerson, of wanting to “take advantage” of the system, are laughable. As far as I am concerned, Canada’s geriatric system is in need of an overhaul, according to the many problems I read about in your news-online papers. I would be an asset to that field; instead I am being kept out of Canada.

This brings up the point of my sending all of this material to the RCMP. Why am I being kept out? Because Vic Toews, Public Safety minister, placed into this position at the beginning of 2010 by Stephen Harper, and upon consulting with Doug Finley, Brian Mulroney, and Bob Rae et al, has every reason to keep me out of Canada.

I grew up in the Nagel family after being brought across the border into the US from Canada as a newborn. Canada’s own Wilder Penfield, Neurosurgeon extraordinaire of McGill University was the author of this plan carried out. For Wilder Penfield’s “memory research” purposes I was subjected to lifelong trauma; repeated sexual abuse throughout my childhood, teen years and adulthood perpetrated by my so-called father and others involved in “pre-Ice Age Ecclesiastic Voodoo aka Satanic Ritual Abuse.

“Others” were political and corporate figures who are initiated into a “completed status” through their attendance at these rituals. Among the attendees was Vic Toews, who attended as an “Unknown Visitor”, a title of honor, given to one who is to direct specific rituals. Vic Toews is known to me for a special ritual as well, as “The Drinker of Blood”.

In these rituals of which I was an unwilling victim (as well as others) he sexually assaulted me and raped me. There were gatherings afterwards at a home, depending upon the area and ritual, at which time I was taken to a room were he sexually assaulted and raped me. These incidents were not once or twice; they were numerous and over a span of years. He did whatever he wanted because he was not in Canada and political, corporate and important “up-and coming” figures were protected. Of course, these rituals/ “sessions” are taped. Records are always kept. Vic Toews was cruel and sadistic to me in “private sessions”; he told me at one point that one day he would kill me in a ritual sacrifice as an honor bestowed upon himself. He could not say these things during rituals.

When I first attempted to cross the border, I did not know he was the Public Safety minister. I did not even associate the name when I saw it. But the first time I saw his face on TV and realized that he is the Public Safety minister of Canada, I had a horrific realization of the real reason I am being kept out of Canada. As I waited at the Prescott POE the second time I asked to cross to visit my husband, I secretly feared for my physical safety while there. I wondered if I would be safe in Canada were I allowed to cross the border, but because I miss my husband I tried to again legally access that process.

I now know the reasons for my file being “lost” and “unavailable” at CIC Immigration. I see very clearly that Vic Toews is the “Russell Williams” of the Canadian government. I see that he is being protected and his activities are known to some there, who appear to either fear him or may be involved in something that he blackmails them for to obtain their cooperation.

I hear it spoken of that his “personal life” is being violated. I am not talking here about his “personal life”, but his “criminal life”, a subject which has not come up anywhere. If you follow up on what I am telling you about, you will find that this leads to another even more heinous as yet to be committed crime of which he is intimately committed to and involved in: “The LOO at The SOO” as it is known to insiders. It is the plan to break the walls of Lake Superior through man-made artificially induced means, causing the mass extermination of millions in the areas around the Great Lakes. It is a plan devised by the Mennonites of Manitoba and Germany Titled “Blood and Soil” to be carried out by the peasant soldiers who carry their long guns firearms with no registration. Should I be allowed to enter Canada, my husband and I will make ourselves available to any RCMP interviewers with a background in cryptography.

Foreign sleeper cells have infiltrated Canada as children by means of entry from shipyards located along the Saint Lawrence Seaway and from” birthing” monasteries located along the Canada-USA border. These “sleeper cells” now occupy important positions at the top and bottom of the government system, getting foreign aid to reach their positions through politics and human resources departments. Even the Royal Canadian Mounted Police have been infiltrated by sleeper cells assisted by long-term employees employed within your Human Resources department. They operate under the code name “pink cows”.

Many years ago I was given the message “Water is the Mode of Transmission” (logged in one of my journals) unknown to me at the time as the “key” that opened the door of understanding for myself, my husband, and CIPI investigators that the very same people involved in the horrific pre-Ice Age Ecclesiastic Rituals were the same people planning “The LOO at The SOO” as part of the destruction of the northern hemisphere.

I now pass on this information to you and await your timely response, as I will again attempt to cross the Prescott POE on the date of June 8, 2012, and may need your protection from the “SEATED” border guards..

INVERNESS, Fla. – Ever since she could remember, Sandra Anne Watson knew she was adopted.

Her adoptive parents, James and Julia McCray, both deceased, told their daughter she was chosen from a room full of babies at Catholic Charities, Ogdensburg, in 1957 when she was just six months old.

“My father said you went in a room and pointed out a child and he or she was yours to take home,” Mrs. Watson said. “There was no adoption process or paperwork like there is now.”

Fifty-five years after her adoption, Mrs. Watson is searching for her birth parents.

“I want to know my family because I want to know my history and health background,” she said.

Mrs. Watson was raised in Malone. She said she has no current relatives, except her 24-year-old son, Jacob J. Watson, and would like to know more about her biological family.

“If my parents were alive, they would be about 80 years old now. I know there’s little chance of finding them, but I know I have siblings,” Mrs. Watson said.

Mrs. Watson said she went to Catholic Charities looking for answers, but the only information Catholic Charities released is the ages and sexes of her siblings at the time of her adoption: two brothers ages 14 and 15, and three sisters, including a pair of twins, ages 8 and 5.

“But there could have been more after me,” she said.

Another clue to her birth parents came in the form of a piece of paper she once discovered in her adoptive father’s files. On it was written her mother’s name, Mary Jean Saber. She said the paper has since been lost and the spelling of the name might not be accurate.

“I am fairly dark skinned with almost-black hair. My adopted grandmother assumed I was part Indian,” she said. “But I know that there must be others out there who look just like me.”

As you know, Jennifer has been kept unemployed by a religous/medical corporate conspiracy of the medical establishment in the state of New York with an emphasis on the Ogdensburg situation. Jennifer's visit to her husband Glen also includes her need to verify Tom's condition at the farm as he has requested that she become his caregiver. Tom has been under the care of psychiatrists for the past 10 to 15 years, and Glen is his legal guardian.

Dear Senator Robach;

I originally sent you a letter dated April 5, 2012 (see attached) explaining my position as a well qualified RN being locked out of ongoing job positions for which I am well qualified (see letter of recommendation from last employer and emailed IDR results) since I have taken up residence in Ogdensburg July 9, 2010 after being served an illegal and doctored exclusion order by CBSA at the U.S.-Canadian border at the direction of Canadian Public Safety Minister Vic Toews, who is acting to protect himself from the knowledge that we both share: That he made visits to southern California in the past and where I resided up until July 2010, and while there was a participant in pre-Ice Age ecclesiastic Voodoo rituals in which I was an unwilling participant, and that he committed sexual assaults and rape against me. I have been “exclusioned” and “seclusioned” in Ogdensburg this entire time with no assistance from anyone that I have appealed to for help in regard to this matter. Further, I have been and am currently unemployed, and appear to be “locked out” of any position in nursing that I apply for and that are actively being promoted on the internet and in classified ads as “open” since August 2010.

When I sent this letter to you, I also sent a copy to the U.S. Labor Department, the Department of Justice, and the F.B.I. (see attached)

Monday, May 7th I received a document post-marked May 2nd (2012) from EDD State of California informing me that California has been informed by the US Labor Department (see EDD website) that as of April 24th California no longer qualifies for FED-ED extensions, under which I currently receive unemployment benefits. I am informed that after May 12th there will be no more benefits, and that I should seek help from resources listed on the back of the form. Of course, since I am legally a resident of New York in St. Lawrence County, that would be the Department of Social Services in Canton, NY. I called and spoke with a Kelly Friat, who told me that I qualify for $350.00/month only, and that the wait, if qualified, is 45 days from the day that an application is filled out. 

Senator Robach, I have no way to pay my next month’s rent, pay my phone, internet, or basic cable service, make credit card payments (due to my overhead being more than I receive monthly), make my car payment, pay for car insurance; I have no medical insurance. I have no family that will assist me. My husband is unable to help me due to the treatment he has been illegally subjected to by CCRA Canada and the Canadian government for many years. I cannot cross the border into Canada to live with him because of the above stated reasons.

What I now want to know, Senator Robach, is if this is the way an American citizen is treated  when an appeal for assistance is made from those within the system who are allegedly there to make things work and to help their constituents. I am not asking for a “hand-out”. How, I am asking you as well as anyone else who will be reading this, am I to survive?

Am I being singled out for this response (as has been my husband Glen Kealey) because I have persisted in the quest of CREATION to expose creator’s plan for the mass murder of millions of Americans and Canadians through the plan known to insiders as “The LOO at the SOO”, as part of creator’s plan for the destruction of the northern hemisphere?

CREATION has noted the lack of response and the harm intended me from those that I have had to deal with on my journey, as well as those who have gone out of their way to cause my husband and I harm. CREATION has a decision to make about this universe and those who live in it: whether to extend the life of the universe by not allowing some of creator’s plans to come to fruition, or to allow creator to go through with the destruction planned. CREATION has deemed that the “silent acquiescence” of individuals, in which the choice is made to do nothing, thereby promoting the plan of creator, will not be permitted in the next universe. Life in this universe will not survive longer than 1000 years past 2062 if left on creator’s plan. CREATION would extend that time by 5,000 years, based upon the determination that there may be some hope that people are not so brain-dead and heartless that they have no real humanity left.

This letter is written as a last appeal to anyone that might have left a thinking brain and a heart.

All will stand before CREATION one day and have their book of life revealed before all.
All will be asked: 1) What did you know? 2) When did you know it? 3) What did you do about it?

Dear Senator Robach;

My name is Jennifer Kealey. I originally came to Ogdensburg, NY to be close to my husband after being denied entry to Canada at the Emerson crossing above North Dakota by the CBSA on July 6, 2010, and served an illegal exclusion order which had been doctored by them and unsigned by a superintendant. My husband, Glen Kealey, the founder and chairman of Canadian Institute for Political Integrity directed me to come to the city of Ogdensburg after my illegal exclusion by CBSA.

Upon my arrival in Ogdensburg on July 9, 2010, I had to find a place to live, change my legal name to married status for Social Security and passport, obtain a NY enhanced drivers license and NY car registration, and all the requirements that legally needed to be done to obtain my RN license for the state of New York. I had expectations of being able to obtain employment in one of the four nursing facilities here in Ogdensburg, New York while my husband and I continued to deal with the illegalities of what Public Safety Minister Vic Toews via the CBSA had done.

I obtained my New York RN license on September 9, 2010, and proceeded to fill out applications to the 4 facilities here in Ogdensburg: United Helpers, Claxton-Hepburn Hospital, St. Joseph’s Home, and St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center. In spite of openings advertised on the internet and at interviews eventually granted me after numerous applications sent to these 4 facilities over the remainder of 2010 and into 2011, and in the case of one facility here whose nurses told me there have been openings all along, I continue to collect unemployment since August 2010. My unemployment was filed under the state of California; I am now in the final months of unemployment benefits under a federal extension. Under conditions of continuing on unemployment benefits I continue to fill out applications to facilities far out of this area, as well as employment applications for jobs here in Ogdensburg that cannot pay my monthly bills or keep a roof over my head. I have watched my savings gradually disappear because of the added expenditures of my predicament and the need to ensure that almost every piece of mail I send out is tracked, because the US Postal Service appears to “lose” or “misplace” my mail. Even sending my mail “receipt required” and “certified” does not ensure it will be delivered; even though correctly addressed, it is most often delayed, or worse, misdirected, and some “key” items have been returned to me instead of delivered to their intended recipients.

In a few short months I will no longer have unemployment benefits. I assume my only recourse will be to apply for welfare from the state of New York. I find the position I have been placed in as a very well qualified RN as inexcusable.
 I have visited New York state senator Pattie Ritchie’s office here in Ogdensburg several times since July 2011 and given copies of data to them in regard to my need for employment, as well as the conditions and reasons for my being in Ogdensburg, and have been told by her staff that neither she nor they can assist me in this matter.

 In a second visit in August 2011 to her office staff asking for assistance after being denied entrance a second time to Canada on July 22, 2011 to visit my husband for 2 days (after my illegal exclusion order had expired), I was told by her staff that she did not deal with any type of border issues. Yet, in October 2011, the Ogdensburg Journal wrote a piece on the upcoming “Northern Border Caucus” that was formed to deal with just such issues, and of which she was a “co-chair”, along with Canadian federal senator Bob Runciman.

I had also sought help on the illegal exclusion order given me from Congressman Bill Owen’s office in February 2011; I do not even know if his staff ever kept him abreast of my ongoing situation. I was continually informed by a staff person by the name of Scott Matthews that there was nothing that could be done other than sending letters to Public Safety and accepting back the replies they sent that I already knew about because I had previously received the same correspondence from them. Both Scott Matthews from Bill Owen’s office in Watertown, and James Reagen, Pattie Ritchie’s Staff spokesman, stated to me that perhaps I had a criminal history, thus implying their sanction of the July 22, 2011 CBSA officer’s classifying me falsely on a CIC file (he was apparently able to start) that I had committed a crime in the U.S. that would be punishable in Canada by up to a 10 year prison sentence. In California all nurses were required by the end of 2010 to be fingerprinted by the F.B.I. / D.O.J. as a condition of holding an RN/LVN license in that state (I have a copy of this done in 2010). I have committed no crime, and on the contrary I am the victim of heinous sexual assaults/ rapes committed against me by Vic Toews, who raped me repeatedly during his “visits” to California in this country and is now the minister of Public Safety in Canada and is using his position and power to illegally keep me from even seeing my husband.  

After almost 2 years of residing in Ogdensburg and as a result of many investigations carried out by me personally as well as by my husband’s investigators, I can only believe that I have fallen into a “hornets nest” of apparent criminal activities linked to both the U.S.A. – Canada border and to Human Resources departmental activities linked to human smuggling back and forth across the border. I suspect that “foundlings” are their major resource, along with the basic funding these medical establishments receive from governments. Officially sanctioned smuggling across the St. Lawrence Seaway to both sides of the border, originating in Montreal and Ottawa, appears to have been the root activity that had led to the founding of Ogdensburg (the only city located on the Seaway on the U.S.A. side of the border), and continues unabated to this day. For that reason nurses no longer have the final say in employment at the local health facilities, as their hiring function has been pre-empted by local, national, and international “Human Resources” departments with very defined objectives which do not take the needs of the organizations they supposed to serve into consideration. The smuggling of infants in and out of the city and country via the St. Lawrence Seaway appears to fund their criminal activities; providing bribes and kickbacks to sanctioning entities, i.e. border guards. I believe that only an investigation, launched by the F.B.I. / D.O.J. can bring this matter to its rightful conclusion before all traces of their activities are made to disappear (see “The LOO at The SOO”)

I have had, since my letter dated April 15, 2012 received by Time Warner, numerous attempted phone calls by Time Warner Cable, as well as having spoken to two employees of Time Warner; one telling me he is the supervisor of the Tier 3 technician who was so rude, as well as another “mid-level” technician based out of Massena, New York, who told me that he had been sent “part” of my letter to Time Warner outlining the problems I was having with my service. I had to tell him that in my letter, I made it very clear that both I and my husband know that the problems being experienced are not from the modem installed, or the wiring inside or outside this residence. As well,”Travis”, the supervisor of the Tier Three technician, told me that, “No Tier Three tech could have told you that there is a signal he did not recognize coming into your modem that is blocking our signal” because I am the supervisor of Tier Three, and Travis and I are the only ones you could have spoken with….”

I suggest that someone is lying, and it isn’t me. Is this the way that Time Warner deals with their customers by assigning staff to lie in order to cover up the truth of what is in fact going on, and others to deny that these things were ever said? If so, this is unethical and unprofessional and speaks to the lack of morals inherent in not just this corporation and its employees, but in other corporations that Canadian Institute for Political Integrity is investigating as well.

In fact, this activity/harassment appears to link Time Warner to ongoing criminal activities that are, as an end result, contributory to the planned “LOO at the SOO”, a mass extermination of millions of people who live around the Great Lakes region by water, the chosen mode of transmission.

Since my first letter was received by Time Warner, (as well as various other entities), of note are recent activities that I now am writing about after telling the Time Warner tech from Massena on April 26, 2012 that I have no need of him coming to my residence to “…check everything to make sure there is no problem; just offering my services…”.

In the last week I took on the assignment of composing and sending a letter to the Leadership Conference of Women Religious and the Council of Major Superiors of Women Religious, broaching the subject of my treatment after I arrived in Ogdensburg in July 2010 by a member of The Grey Nuns of The Sacred Heart, and asking the questions: Was my treatment representative of nuns in general? Has the role of nuns changed since their inception from that of helping people to helping themselves?

I am now experiencing a recurrence of my phone and computer being shut down at very specific instances directly related to the subject and topic of conversations my husband and I are having about this subject of nuns. Why would this be? My computer now goes offline and my phone now disconnects ONLY while we are talking about this subject.

Some theories that we are considering are; Since Time Warner’s motto is “The Power of You”, there appears to be a link to St. Marguerite d’Youville, founder of The Grey Nuns of The Sacred Heart Inc.

Further, there appears to be a link to Yu the Great, (2200 – 2100 BC) who after his father Gun, further developed a system of canals, dikes, and dams in response to flooding problems in China. (He was associated with Three Passes Gorge aka Three Rivers Gorge in China)  He had the knowledge not only to prevent water from flowing, but also to cause water to freely flow into any predetermined area; in Chinese history he is referred to as “Great Yu Controls the Waters”.  Today, the U.S. and Canadian Armies’ Corp. of Engineers are the equivalent of Yu, since they built, maintain, and control the water systems in North America, after the earlier “Founding Fathers” e.g. George Washington in the northeastern U.S. made their contributions.  

Another link that we are pondering is that of the role of Houji (Ji Qi; Qi means “the Abandoned One”; see “Foundling”), a “semi-mythical agricultural master” with whom Yu collaborated in the creation of this system of channels for the control of water (not flood control) in regard to the control system of agriculture (agrarianism- see Blood and Soil). Houji is remembered as the Minister of Agriculture in connection with the Great Flood. Houji was the founder of the Zhou Dynasty, in which the use of iron was first introduced and which resulted in the height of Chinese bronze-ware making. Houji seems to have been the product of a “virgin birth” after his mother stepped in a “Divine Toe-Print”, and after his birth was abandoned (see Amazon’s role in genetically engineered foundlings) and left with animals who cared for him, then by wood-cutters who “placed him on ice”(see genetically engineered male foundlings placed with Neanderthalers).

Recently, on April 23, 2012 I received an email from Bell Canada in response to an email sent by my husband (which he dictated to me over the phone and I sent to Bell Canada). The letter my husband dictated and I sent by email was as follows:

For those who might have missed it, I point out that the name signed to this email is “Divine Grace.”

“Divine Grace” is a reference to Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and specifically while pregnant with him; at least this is the story fed to the public. In reality, “Divine Grace” is the reference to the “Little Man (Manitoba’s Golden Boy)” inside Mary, a WEEMIN.

The Bell Canada contact phone number for Ontario, 310- 2355, is another item of interest. “310” is the area code of southern California that I was living in. The birth date assigned to me was February 23, 1955.

One need not look further for clues as to who is behind this hacking scheme, than by lifting up and looking under Ma Bell’s skirt. Also, the term “Mother Nature” and “ACT OF GOD” simply refers to those people in Asia (media) who created the “RUSE” in the name “Je-Rus-A-lem”. At the time this word was first coined “Alem” was the capitol of the country in Persia called “Media”. I guess that links Time Warner to Warner Brothers and Senator Warner, retired (Knight of The Order of The British Empire), and the entire media of Hollywood.

Warrior Amazons control Tory minister's department. My husband is a Canadian

citizen; I am American- a director of nursing from Southern California. I was

denied entrance to Canada July 6, 2010, and have not seen my husband for more

than 21 months now. First by an illegal, doctored and unsigned-by-supervisor

exclusion order, then after that was expired, I was told by CBSA that I need to

have $15,000.00 in a bank account to even visit my husband 2 days a week.

That was last July 22, 2011. The CBSA officer also managed to "start" a file with

CIC and in this file has classified me as "inadmissable" for citizenship by lying and

classified me as committing a crime in the US that would be punishable in Canada

for up to 10 years in prison. In order to work as a director of nursing in California

I had to be fingerprinted by the FBI/DOJ, and was; I have not committed any

crime. Over the course of a year, our sponsorship application was returned 4

times with the claim from CIC Immigration that they can't find the file they

started; yet we have a file # they gave us, and oh yeah, CIC kept the $550.00

deposit we gave them. We have the receipt from the Royal Bank of Canada to

prove it. All of the above was done by "ministerial assistants" who run the

departments with no evidence of the minister's consent. Amazon warriors

originated in the Black Sea region between the Ukraine and Turkey. Today

their genetically engineered descendents have infiltrated all government

departments, corporations, the military, the police, media, and democratically

elected political parties. They are the "Trojans" who rule secretly from within.
