A total sum of $15,000 plus, which is the suggested sum of the “kick back/ransom” required (by CBSA Immigration officer badge #16182)on behalf of CIC Immigration, Jason Kenney, minister is apparently required to begin the process of her husband sponsoring her permanent visitor status. They, CIC, have refused her entry under the spousal sponsorship four times in the last two years before allowing 2 visits recently.
