It's a network of bureaucrats working together, not all in the same department/profession.
The common denominator is "bureaucrat": an official in a government department, in particular one "perceived" as being concerned with procedural correctness at the expense of people's needs.

The assumption is made by their bosses that bureaucrats work for them, when the truth is that bureaucrats cull mail, intercept and redirect information away from their bosses, purposely misfile important documents, take the law into their own hands, etc, etc, etc...
WHO is directing them.....
Not a "conflict of interest" to them, when they all have a "boss" at the top, even if very few know who that boss is.
Since the information they divert and redirect AWAY from their elected bosses which is needed to make decisions in day to day matters as well as run the country, is used to further their interests, directed by a party outside the government and not in the best interests of the country, this is misprision and treasonous activity.
Synonyms: official, officeholder, administrator, public servant, civil servants.
Attorneys are civil servants when in government positions.
AGENCY- "One's agency is one's INDEPENDENT capability or ability to act on one's will...."
CBSA is an AGENCY.
CANADA REVENUE AGENCY as well.
Jose Valioghli stated to me that CBSA, IRB, and Canada Revenue AGENCY used to all be under the same portfolio. What he did not say, but what is proven by the Helen Chabot-Cindy Bordeaux connection (of which I have the email hard copy of) is that this cabal continues their working relationship today, and it is not in the interests of the country in which these people reside- it is at the behest of another entity. The question is, who? WHO benefits...
It is treason, pure and simple...

I filed 2 complaints with the Office of the Independent Police Review Director.
E-201512251830007968 filed 25-12-2015 about the OPP'S dragging me off and handing me over to the CBSA without a warrant, and
E-202512260335468593 filed 26-12-2016 in regard to the Brockville police treatment of me, ie driving me to the border and handing me over to the CBSA and the fact that they sat in that courtroom and were misprision to the criminal and treasonous activities going on there.

There are TWO WITNESSES right now who will testify to THE FACT that I had NO ASSISTANCE from Legal Aid. Michael O'Shaughnessy was not paid by Legal Aid per our investigators.

All of the papers given to me for the 4 times the CBSA threw me over the border illegally without a judges order were collected by them and not returned to me in their attempt to cover up their 4 attempts to murder me at Lansdowne POE and after the bureaucrats in the federal courthouse in Ottawa made sure that I DID NOT RECEIVE NOTICE of a court hearing that I went to Ottawa and applied for in SEPTEMBER 10, 2014, with Max Binnie responding September 12, 2014, "I have carriage of the above..." and my case was given the assigned #: IMM-6543-14 for Leave and Judicial Review, and to which was attached to this was an opposition to the application and Notice of Appearence, (no date assigned at that time by the court). The notice of court Appearence would have been mailed to me signature required by Canada Post and there would therefore be a record. Since it was never sent to mr, there is no record.
