Dear fellow prisoner (yes ­ you) in more ways than one,

Isn´t it lamentable how we constantly tell ourselves and others that we know we aren´t Perfect but yet as soon as someone other than ourselves points out something we could improve upon*, we immediately try to justify both what we´ve been doing imperfectly and also the imperfect way we´ve been doing it? We search for a new answer, a new way to fight the system that will actually work.... but yet we aren´t willing to leave our old ways behind so we can embrace the new (to us)**. Before reading any further, be warned - this message is the type that sorts out the Truly humble from the not-so-humble-when-put-to-the-test. Such it is, that it has even helped to sort out its writer (yours truly) as well.

* MATTHEW 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven IS perfect.

** THOMAS 8:4 No man drinks old wine (indulges his human 'Self' [seven deadly sins]) and immediately desires to drink new wine (feed his spirit-Being); and they do not put new wine (Spiritual Truth) into old wineskins (someone who clings to the doctrine of the churches and the belief that he's only human), lest they burst, and they do not put old wine (human worldly lusts and pleasures) into a new wineskin (one who is born again as his spirit-Being - John 3:3-9), lest it spoil it.

Satan has provided an ideal way for people to not have to do anything to Perfect themselves, through the now popular catch-phrase: "don´t judge me". When people point out our faults, we tend to hammer those three words out faster than lightning. No prizes for guessing who´s in control of us when our minds are racing . . . . .

These three words are becoming a greater impasse in the struggle against evil as time goes by, and depending on how and when they are employed - have NO place in the hearts and minds of the righteous. Please allow me to explain VERY simply: -

If a person admonishes and corrects someone by reminding them of GOD´s Judgement and GOD´s Words in GOD´s Bible, let NO God-fearing man or woman say or even THINK "don´t judge me". That will reveal a spirit that is unwilling to submit to God´s Will & Authority, for as the admonisher has not used his OWN "judgement" you are in fact telling The Almighty to mind His own business, which thing will amuse Him NOT, I am most certain, as we are definitely His "business".

Only when someone judges another according to ANY standards which are not God´s, should you inform them: "THOU shalt not judge - GOD will Judge", for it is THEN that people break God´s Commandment.

So next time someone uses God´s Judgements & Words to admonish you, please bear in mind that not everyone might be doing so to place themselves above you and criticize you. And not everyone might have the ENTIRE "beam" still in their eye, which means that these will see (more) clearly to remove the "mote" in their brother´s eye*. Nowhere does it say you are NEVER to attempt to cast the mote out of your brother´s eye but instead to make sure that your beam has been cast out FIRST. And if you use God´s Judgements to warn or instruct one of your brethren and you get that worn out three-word reply, answer: "Tis not I but The Lord Who Judges".

* THOMAS 5:5 Jesus said: The mote that is in thy brother's eye thou seest, but the beam that is in thine eye, thou seest not. When thou castest the beam out of thine eye, then thou wilt see clearly to cast the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Satan´s favourite weapons are doubt, worry & the strongest one; FEAR. All of which are lies. Fear is a negative energy that he sends, unrestrained, into your mind whenever he wants, until YOU learn how to stop it & fight him. There is little else that scares Satan as much as knowing that the game might be up and that his masquerade is in danger of being uncovered. So, his fear passes on to; and into; our minds. This is the process you see and/or feel occurring when you tell The Truth to people or The Truth is told to you. In this case; the Truth that Satan is inside everyone, including yourself. If the person is firmly under Satan´s control, they will laugh it off, scoffing, not believing for one second that Satan is real, so much less will they believe he is actually inside them. Into those who are not as blind, Satan will send this Dark energy named fear, and speak to them (as we would say ­ telepathically); telling them that they can´t handle this fear and that the person who´s telling them The Truth is the one responsible for scaring them and that therefore he, or she, is a bad person and that they must not believe anything they say. If they believe that this mental explanation is the result of their OWN thinking process then they will feel anger (another Dark energy/emotion belonging to Satan) and he will have succeeded once again in preventing them from beginning to find out The Truth ("and The Truth shall set you free"). If they were Truly honest with themselves (Thou shalt not lie ­ not even to yourself), sooner or later (seek and ye SHALL find) they would SEE what was really going on inside, and begin to fight the War Go(o)d requires us to fight ("he who is not with Me is against Me"), which we can never fight successfully unless we know who and how to fight. The War we must fight and win if we are going to survive, is the War inside our own minds. The War against our-Selfs. "I have seen the enemy, and he is me (or at least a part of us)". THIS, is part & parcel of SPIRITUAL WARFARE. Good and evil from a CERTAIN (for sure) point of view.

Now, it is necessary to educate others as to what´s going on and also necessary to admonish & correct. But we spend FAR TOO MUCH TIME doing this and TOO LITTLE TIME admonishing & correcting ourselves and finding out what´s going on in our own minds. And this is ALL part of the Satanic conspiracy ­ to keep us occupied and looking OUT (at him in others) always, not IN (at him in ourselves), so that we are: -

"Ever learning, and [yet] never able to come to the Knowledge of the Truth." - 2 TIMOTHY 3:7

That Truth, which when found, will TROUBLE us*.

* THOMAS 1:3 "Let him who seeks, not cease seeking until he finds, and when he finds, he will be troubled, and when he has been troubled, he will marvel and he will reign over the All."

Love comes in many different shapes and sizes but It is always the same Energy and from the same Source. Some people don´t appreciate all the forms that Love comes in though, so they pick and choose the ones they want, instead of accepting ALL as the Gifts from The Father that they Truly are. So, for example, most people like the Love that comes in the shape of "support". They´ll also gladly accept "encouragement" and "kindness". But the Love that we MOST need and that Satan is DESPERATELY trying to prevent us from receiving, as I have shown you earlier: is the Love of The Truth*. And that is the Love that people find hardest to accept & digest, for It is "sweet in our mouths" (when we speak It to others) but "bitter in our bellies"** (when applied to ourselves).

* 2 THESSALONIANS 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received NOT the love of the Truth, that they might be saved.

If there be one who has sought The Truth and found It, and loves his neighbour as he loves himself, he will offer this Treasure to whomever he loves*. His motivation will be to help prepare both himself AND everyone else FOR God´s Judgement through instructing them in what they must achieve and also what they are failing at, or are not aware of, in most cases. He will do this so that as many as possible PASS the Great Test, NOT to criticize or "judge" others. Just like your friend would do for you in school. And the Earth IS a school. But we seem to be in a school for lunatics, where an examination (God´s Judgement) is coming up, and we are shrieking: "don´t tell me what questions will pop up in the examination (don´t judge me)" to the one/s who really want to help them survive what is after all not only an exam, but a LIFE or DEATH exam. Come on brethren! Let´s have the Grace to "allow each other to help each other". Each person will perform better in some classes (subjects) than others and so if we would only just bring everything & everyone together to edify; instead of to divide with our arrogance & ignorance; we would undergo a marvellous transformation and The Kingdom would grow.

It´s a shame that people don´t march & campaign for The Truth about themselves. You know ­ carrying banners that say "Who am I?" and "What am I doing here?" instead of "Crucify them!" and/or "impeach the president". The answer to the first 2 questions are the beginning of the solution to everything, including all of the troubles on this Earth. We already know more than enough about the corruption, the Conspiracy, etc. and yet the way that some of us thrive on reporting these, e. g. "look at what these b******s in Washington are doing now!", would indicate that we think our lives would be meaningless without having some reason to direct attention at, or point the finger at, someone else. I am still often guilty of this crime myself I must confess. Day by day we dredge up more and more political filth, bureaucratic slime & military atrocities. But how much will we need to see, before we become convinced that it IS going on and we become sick of it and search for an even more productive way to fight, to add to our denouncing of all this evil? There is only One Person "striking at the root". When are you all going to help Him?

Our attitude is like that of kids on a beach, where some kids are spending their time throwing sand in other kid´s faces, and other kids are spending their time comparing themselves to them, saying: "look how bad they are!", and all the time a great big tidal wave that is going to swamp them ALL together, is getting nearer and nearer . . . . . only those who managed to stop seeing the evil in others long enough to have a long, hard look at themselves, will have made it to "Higher Ground". You see, we might be less evil than others . . . . . but it is the evil & blindness that remains inside of us that is preventing us from COMING TOGETHER. Please think about it. Satan and his cronies must be happy to see us focussing practically ALL our attention on THEM, for that will mean that we are not getting any nearer to tearing down the walls that divide those who claim to fight for God/Good.

Satan would be terrified if we did this successfully and UNITED. By now, he´s probably making sure that plenty of "juicy" stories about government & military corruption are leaking out to us. He & his cronies don´t mind. In fact, as I stated, they´d rather have us observing THEM than observing ourselves and "arriving at THE Conclusion". Just look at all the evidence that´s come out on the Internet over the last decade. Do you think they mind it at all? Don´t you think they have the power & resources to stop the information getting out if they really wanted to? Ask yourselves why they are not doing so. They are rubbing our faces in it now, so confident they are that NOTHING can bring them down now.

Our "movement" on the Internet can be likened to a scientist investigating excrement. The closer he or she gets to it, the better able he/she will be to identify its composition. But what the hell is that person doing with their face buried in ****? Having established that it stinks, why want to find out even more about it?

The danger in this business is not in taking it too seriously: it is in not taking it seriously enough and treating it like a daily dose of "soaps" or of intrigue. Like a drug, we enter with the intention of "only" finding out what´s going on. And then when we do, we become addicted and hang around like old women gossiping: "ooh, did you hear what our Bill got up to the other day?" . . . . . and then it becomes simply part of our routine. It becomes a hobby where once it was a Cause. We "hang out" on the Internet and see what more sensational stories crop up here and there, deceiving ourselves that we are in the right place because we are "informed of what´s going on".

Well, I´m sorry to say, most of us still don´t have a clue as to WHAT is really going on and WHY it is going on. For the simple reason that whilst they know about others they still don´t know themselves*.

* Thomas 12:7 Jesus said: Whoever knows the All (what is going on in the world) but fails to know himself (the Truth about his human 'Self' and his own 'Self'-ishness) lacks everything.

For us to be so reluctant to have a long, hard look at ourselves must mean that we are REALLY rotten on the inside. Our windows have been closed for so long; in the delusion of being shut-in alone in our own minds*; that very little Light has penetrated within, so that Darkness has festered and prevents us from understanding anything worthwhile**. And if we consider ourselves alone in our minds, in our "reality", we shut ourselves off from everyone else as well: everyone that could help us and that we could help. It is this Self(-ishness) in all of us that prevents us from harmonizing our efforts, so that up to this date, our capacity for expression of God´s Power has remained practically untested***.

* JOB 42:2 I know that Thou canst do EVERY [thing], and [that] NO thought can be withheld from Thee.

** JOHN 1:5 And the Light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it NOT.

*** THOMAS 15:16 Jesus said: When you make the two one, you shall become sons of Man, and when you say: "Mountain (government), be moved", it will be moved.

So, what will follow very shortly, is a VITAL part of The Truth I hungered for all my life, without which; nothing ever Truly made any sense. What I am talking about is the revelation of The Master´s TRUE Teachings in the Gospel of Thomas. Because of what It did for me, I am compelled to share it with you*. I could never have received It, much less understood It, had It not been explained by the only One who does (understand) and to Whom I owe my life. Not even with all of Eternity, would I be able to repay Him equally; with the same Love He bears me and YOU.

FBI Knowingly Allowed Bin Laden To Personally Charter Flight After 9/11

Newly released documents prove agency let Osama's family go at his request without even questioning them

The FBI were aware that Osama Bin Laden may have chartered one of the flights that took Bin Laden family members out of the U.S. in the days after the 9/11 attacks, yet allowed the planes to depart without even questioning them, new Agency documents reveal.

While all other air traffic had been grounded for days by the authorities they knowingly allowed the immediate family of their prime suspect behind the attacks to get into planes and fly out at Bin Laden's own request.

The previously confidential documents (PDF link) have been obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act and ongoing litigation.

The documents state:

ON 9/19/01, A 727 PLANE LEFT LAX, RYAN FLT #441 TO ORLANDO, FL W/ETA (estimated time of arrival) OF 4-5PM. THE PLANE WAS CHARTERED EITHER BY THE SAUDI ARABIAN ROYAL FAMILY OR OSAMA BIN LADEN…THE LA FBI SEARCHED THE PLANE [REDACTED] LUGGAGE, OF WHICH NOTHING UNUSUAL WAS FOUND.

Traffic control reports show that the plane made four stops to pick up passengers and was then allowed to depart the United States for Paris where all passengers disembarked on 9/20/01.

The documents reveal that the FBI did not consider a single Saudi national nor any of the Bin Laden family worthy of investigative value.

Furthermore, Judicial Watch's examination of the documents has revealed that they contain numerous errors and inconsistencies which show the FBI's investigation of the Saudi flights to be woefully inadequate and almost non existent.

For example, in one document, the FBI claims to have interviewed 20 of 23 passengers on the Ryan International Airlines flight (commonly referred to as the “Bin Laden Family Flight”) while a second FBI document claims only to have interviewed 15 of 22 passengers on the same flight.

“Eight days after the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history, Osama bin Laden possibly charters a flight to whisk his family out of the country, and it's not worth more than a luggage search and a few brief interviews?” asked Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Clearly these documents prove the FBI conducted a slapdash investigation of these Saudi flights. We'll never know how many investigative leads were lost due to the FBI's lack of diligence.”

U.S. District Court Judge Richard W. Roberts ordered the FBI to resubmit “proper disclosures” to the Court and Judicial Watch, leading to these incredible findings.

It was revealed that the FBI had previously redacted Osama Bin Laden's name from the records in order “to protect privacy interests.”

Note the previously blacked out "Osama Bin Laden" - privacy interests? get real.

The documents provide clear proof that the FBI was protecting the Bin Laden while the rest of the world was being told that he had masterminded the biggest terror attack in history. The FBI then attempted to cover up this fact.

An FBI spokesman said the information in the documents is inaccurate.

"There is no new information here. Osama bin Laden did not charter a flight out of the US," FBI special agent Richard Kolko said.

Nothing to see here, move along.

Kolko then cited the 9/11 Commission Report which determined that the FBI did conduct a thorough enough investigation, despite the fact that its own documents contradict each other on basic facts such as how many people were on a plane. Remember also that the same 9/11 Commission report failed to even mention the collapse of building 7, a 47 story skyscraper that wasn't hit by anything on 9/11 and in which many people lost their lives according to witnesses.

Perhaps the FBI allowed Bin Laden to charter the flight and take all his family members out of the USA because they know he is not a suspect. The FBI's most wanted page for Osama bin Laden still does not include an apportion of blame for 9/11 and there has still been no formal indictment of Bin Laden almost six years after 9/11.

The protection of Bin Laden by federal authorities has been ongoing since BEFORE 9/11 when agents were told to 'back off the Bin Laden family' in order to protect business interests that the Bush family had with the Bin Ladens and other Saudi nationals.

The FBI asserts that no one on the planes that left had any terrorist links. yet documents (specifically FBI document 199I WF213589) found back in November 2001 prove this to be a falsehood.

The FBI was on the trail of bin Laden family members living in the US before September 11. A document showed that special agents from the Washington field office were investigating Abdullah, a close relative of Osama, because of his relationship with the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY), a suspected terrorist organisation, it said.

The Times of India reported at the time:

The report, which the BBC claimed was based on a secret FBI document, numbered 199I WF213589 and emanating out of the FBI's Washington field office, alleged that the cynicism of the American establishment and "connections between the CIA and Saudi Arabia and the Bush men and bin Ladens" may have been the real cause of the deaths of thousands in the World Trade Centre attacks.

The Bin Laden family are business people, they are not as many would have it hardcore fundamentalist muslim extremists that live in caves in Afghanistan. Here is young Osama lounging around a pink Cadillac with his siblings looking very fashionable in the 1970s.

In the 1980s George W Bush made millions on the back of a company financed by Osama Bin Laden's elder brother , Salem. In addition both presidents Bush had lucrative stakes along with the Bin Ladens in The Carlyle Group which has gone on to become one of America's biggest defence contractors.

On the very morning of 9/11 George W. Bush's father was meeting with Osama bin Laden's brother , Shafig Bin Laden, in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Carlyle Group business. The Bin Ladens sold their stake in Carlyle soon after 9/11.

FBI Special agent Robert Wright broke down when testifying that he had been gagged and could not reveal the true extent of what he knew about the Bush-Bin Laden connection and 9/11. His lawyer stepped up and said live on C-Span that "The Bush Family vacations with the Bin Ladens".

The ties run deep and all lead to money , huge amounts of money. This is how the Bushes do business, this is how they have always done business, they own the best enemies money can buy and the latest revelations underscore the fact that an independent and thorough investigation into 9/11 and the Bush Administration's role in it is absolutely imperative.

A number of major pharmaceutical corporations and biotech firms are concealing the nature of the biological warfare research work they are doing for the U.S. government.

Since their funding comes from the National Institutes of Health, the recipients are obligated under NIH guidelines to make their activities public. Not disclosing their ops raises the suspicion they may be engaged in forbidden kinds of germ warfare research.

According to the Sunshine Project, a nonprofit arms control watchdog operating out of Austin, Texas, among corporations holding back information about their activities are:

Abbott Laboratories, BASF Plant Science, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont Central Research and Development, Eli Lilly Corp., Embrex, GlaxoSmithKline, Hoffman-LaRoche, Merck & Co., Monsanto, Pfizer Inc., Schering-Plough Research Institute, and Syngenta Corp. of Switzerland.

In case you didn't know it, the White House since 9/11 has called for spending $44-billion on biological warfare research, a sum unprecedented in world history, and an obliging Congress has authorized it.

Thus, some of the deadliest pathogens known to humankind are being rekindled in hundreds of labs in pharmaceutical houses, university biology departments, and on military bases.

An international convention the U.S. signed forbids it to stockpile, manufacture or use biological weapons. But if the U.S. won't say what's going down in those laboratories other countries are going to assume the worst and a biowarfare arms race will be on, if it isn't already.

Sunshine says failure to disclose operations also puts corporate employees involved in this work at risk. Only 8,500, or 16%, of the 52,000 workers employed at the top 20 U.S. biotech firms work at an NIH guidelines-compliant company, Sunshine says.

Francis Boyle, an international law authority at the University of Illinois, Champaign, says pursuant to national strategy directives adopted by Bush in 2002, the Pentagon "is now gearing up to fight and win' biological warfare without prior public knowledge and review." Boyle said the Pentagon's Chemical and Biological Defense Program was revised in 2003 to endorse "first-use" strike in war. Boyle said the program includes Red Teaming, which he described as "plotting, planning, and scheming how to use biowarfare."

Besides the big pharmaceutical houses, the biowarfare buildup is getting an enthusiastic response from academia, which sees new funds flowing from Washington's horn of plenty. "American universities have a long history of willingly permitting their research agenda, researchers, institutes and laboratories to be co-opted, corrupted, and perverted by the Pentagon and the CIA," Boyle says.

What's more, the Bush administration is pouring billions in biowarfare research while some very real killers, such as influenza, are not being cured.

In 2006, the NIH got $120 million to combat influenza, which kills about 36,000 Americans annually but it got $1.76 billion for biodefense, much of it spent to research anthrax. How many people has anthrax killed lately? Well, let's see, there were those five people killed in the mysterious attacks on Congress of October, 2001 --- attacks that suspiciously emanated from a government laboratory at Fort Detrick, Md.

One would think the FBI might apprehend the perpetrator whose attack shut down the Congress of the United States but nearly six years have gone by and it hasn't caught anybody. Seem a bit odd to you? Some folks suspect the anthrax attack was an inside job to panic the country into a huge biowarfare buildup to "protect" America from "terrorists."

Milton Leitenberg, of the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy, though, says the risk of terrorists and nonstate actors using biological agents against the U.S. "has been systematically and deliberately exaggerated" by administration scare-mongering.

And molecular biologist Jonathan King of Massachusetts Institute of Technology says, "the Bush administration launched a major program which threatens to put the health of our people at far greater risk than the hazard to which they claimed to have been responding." King added President Bush's policies "do not increase the security of the American people" but "bring new risk to our population of the most appalling kind."

In the absence of any credible foreign threat, Sunshine's Hammond said, "Our biowarfare research is defending ourselves from ourselves. It's a dog chasing its tail." Sadly, it looks more and more every day like a mad dog.

9/11 Bombshell: WTC7 Security Official Details Explosions Inside Building

The Alex Jones show today welcomed Loose Change creators Dylan Avery and Jason Burmas to discuss an exclusive interview they have conducted with an individual with high level security clearance who was inside the Office of Emergency Management in World Trade Center 7 and has descibed and detailed explosions inside the building prior to the collapse of any of the buildings at ground zero on 9/11.

The interview, to be featured in the forthcoming Final Cut of Loose Change is currently under wraps but the creators have allowed some details to leak purely to protect themselves and the individual involved who has asked to remain anonymous until the film is released.

We can reveal that the individual concerned was asked to report to building seven with a city official after the first attack on the North tower but before the second plane hit the South Tower and before their eventual collapse, in order to provide the official with access to different floors of the building.

The city official he was escorting was attempting to reach Rudy Guiliani, who he had determined was inside building 7 at that time. According to Avery and Burmas this official now works for Guiliani partners.

The individual was also asked to provide access to the Office Of Emergency Management on the 23rd floor of the building, this was the so called "bunker" that was built inside WTC7 on the orders of Rudy Guiliani.

hen he got there he found the office evacuated and after making some calls was told to leave immediately.

It was at this point that he witnessed a bomb going off inside the building:

"We subsequently went to the stairwell and were going down the stairs, when we reached the sixth floor, the landing that we were standing on gave way, there was an explosion and the landing gave way. I was left there hanging, I had to climb back up and now had to walk back up to the eighth floor. After getting to the eighth floor everything was dark."

The individual in a second clip detailed hearing further explosions and then described what he saw when he got down to the lobby:

"It was totally destroyed, it looked like King Kong had been through it and stepped on it and it was so destroyed i didn't know where I was. It was so destroyed that had to take me out through a hole in the wall, a makeshift hole I believe the fire department made to get me out."

He was then told by firefighters to get twenty blocks away from the area because explosions were going off all over the World Trade Center complex.

The key to this information is that the individual testifies this all happened BEFORE either tower collapsed, thus building 7 was at that point completely undamaged from any falling debris or resulting fires. It also means that explosions were witnessed in WTC7 up to eight hours before its collapse at around 5.30pm.

Avery and Burmas, who played the two short clips of the interview prior to further analysis and more clips to be played on their own GCN radio show later tonight at 7pm CST, further described how the individual had witnessed dead bodies in the lobby of 7 and was told by the police not to look at them.

This is vital information be cause it is in direct conflict with the official claim that no one was killed inside building 7. The 9/11 Commission report did not even mention building, yet here we have a key witness who told them he saw dead people inside the building after explosions had gutted the lower level.

What makes all this information even more explosive is the fact that this individual was interviewed by the 9/11 Commission as they conducted their so called investigation.

The fact that the building was not even mentioned in the report in light of this information thus becomes chilling and indicates that officials have lied in stating that they have not come into contact with evidence of explosive devices within the buildings.

Avery and Burmas successfully contacted the individual after discovering a TV interview he did on 9/11 while they were trawling through news footage from the day in research for the Final Cut.

Avery says that he can and will prove beyond any shadow of doubt that the individual was in building 7 on 9/11 and that what he is saying is accurate.

Things Your Media Momma Didn't Tell You

The fact that most Americans oppose the war in Iraq, and want the president impeached, is testimony to the native intelligence and common sense of the citizens of this nation.
It sure isn't thanks to the quality of the news we're getting here in America.!
Here are some of the things you don't know if you just depend on the corporate media for your information:

1.Most Americans would like to see this president and vice president impeached and removed from office. Newsweek magazine published a scientific poll last October showing that 51 percent of us favor impeachment (including 29 percent of Republicans!), but the corporate media, which normally hasn't met a poll it won't publish, didn't publicize this one. And now, when the numbers supporting impeachment are surely even higher, you can't even pay a polling outfit to ask the question. No wonder most people who favor impeachment still think they're odd ducks.

2.There is a bill, filed in the House of Representatives on April 24 by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), calling for the impeachment of Vice President Cheney. Since it was filed, it has gained six co-sponsors, including a member of the House Democratic leadership, Rep. Janice Shakowsky (D-IL). Most major media have ignored this important story completely. Most Americans also don't know that the Vermont State Senate voted overwhelmingly this spring to call on Congress to impeach the president.

3.The president has been declared a felon in federal court. Yet even after Federal District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor ruled last August that President Bush and the National Security Agency were committing serial Class A felonies and were violating both the First and Fourth Amendments by spying on Americans' communications without first obtaining warrants, Bush continued ordering the NSA to continue the patently illegal program for at least half a year. In reports on the spying program, the corporate media never mention that it has been declared a felonious activity by the federal court.

4.Fifteen Democratic Party state organizations have passed impeachment resolutions calling on Democrats in Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings against the president and vice president. The most recent of these, the Democratic Party of Oklahoma, passed its resolution at the party's annual convention on May 19. Other Democratic Party conventions, in states from Nevada and California to Massachusetts and North Carolina, have passed similar resolutions. Most have been ignored by the corporate media even in their own states.

5.Bush's so-called "coalition of the willing" is not so willing and is not really much of a coalition either. When's the last time you've heard how many countries are on board with the US in the war and occupation of Iraq? The reality? Britain, the only significant contributor of combat troops besides the U.S., is pulling out, as did Italy and Spain, and many other countries, like Denmark, Lithuania and others, plan to be out of Iraq by August or at the latest December. One indication of the seriousness of situation: The Pentagon no longer lists the countries that are members of the "coalition." The only mainstream report I've seen laying this out this collapse in international support for Bush's war was in USA Today last February.

6.The Homeland Security Department last year awarded Halliburton $385 million in a no-bid contract to construct prison camps designed to hold tens of thousands of unspecified prisoners in the event of domestic unrest. Meanwhile, President Bush has signed a bill altering the insurrection act so that he can declare martial rule and order active duty troops to take charge anywhere in the domestic US in the event of "public disorder." No one in the corporate media has reported on these developments or asked the White House to explain what it's all about.

7.There is evidence that Cheney, as CEO of Halliburton, was a patron of the Washington Madam whose client book of high-class call-girls is causing many in Washington political circles-mostly Republicans it appears, who apparently need to pay for their sex-to sweat. So far no mention of the Cheney angle in the corporate media, though they've been having fun with the broader story of a political sex scandal. No mention either of how a brave West Point cadet refused to shake Cheney's hand on stage when the vice president was handing out this year's diplomas at the Army's premiere academy.

8.Among the "worst of the worst" of the "evildoers" captured and held as "enemy combatants" at Guantanamo were children, some of them preteens and kids who were under 15 when captured and brought to Cuba-so many in fact that the military had to set up a special facility, called Camp Iguana, just for adolescent and pre-pubescent "fighters." The corporate media have barely reported on this atrocity (the New York Times ran only one article mentioning child captives, in June 2005). The only wider coverage of this outrage came recently when the government tried to prosecute one such alleged child "terrorist"-Omar Khadr-only to have the military judge in charge toss his case out because the government had misclassified him. Khadr, we learned, was captured in 2001 in Afghanistan at the ripe age of 15, making him one of the older child captives brought to and interrogated at Guantanamo. Under international law, the U.S. was supposed to treat this and other child soldiers as victims, not as war criminals. Khadr, a Canadian by birth, instead has spent five years doing hard time in US captivity.

9.Well-researched reports on the rampant theft of both the 2000 and 2004 elections, and on Republican plans for theft of the 2008 election, such as Mark Crispin Miller's Fooled Again, have gone unmentioned in the corporate media. Books on the subject, like Miller's and like Greg Palast's best selling Armed Madhouse, have never been reviewed.

10.And of course, there's my own book. The Case for Impeachment, despite its having sold over 20,000 copies in hardcover, and despite its having now come out in a mass-market paperback edition, in both cases printed by a mainstream publisher, St. Martin's Press, has not received a single review in the corporate media. In this, my co-author Barbara Olshansky and I are not alone. None of the books on the impeachable crimes of this administration, including one by Nixon-era impeachment panelist and former congresswoman Elizabeth Holtzman, and one by Judiciary Chair Rep. John Conyers, has been reviewed by a mainstream media outlet.

What we're talking about here is a media blackout of important stories and news.
Thanks to the internet and to the grapevine, and thanks to their basic native intelligence, most Americans seem to understand that we're being lied to and cheated. What the media blackout of important news does manage to do, however, is keep us all thinking that we are in a minority in opposing things like illegal wars, a trampled Constitution, and stolen elections.
In fact, however, we're actually the majority.
Once we realize this, maybe we will have a movement, instead of a just nation of isolated cynics and complainers.

The notion of a conspiracy denotes the presence of a plan. We hear so often of the various plots directed against mankind in general, yet most of us likely feel that, well- they can't all be true… it can't be this bad. Once we realize the plan in action, we can see the logical scenarios enacted and understand the globalist's necessity for them. This is a multifaceted attack on mankind- culturally, mentally, emotionally, and physically. The basic goal is to dumb us down, divide us upon lines of race, religion, and views into easily subdued sects, and- when that doesn't work- just kill the few who stand in the way. The impending world government wants humanity's sole loyalty to itself; this means they'll have to eliminate the two loyalties which supersede the state: family and religion. We've seen both of these drastically undermined for many decades. As we see everyday on television, both men and women are discouraged from monogamy, and encouraged toward deceit and divorce, which are shown to be the "norm." We are all supposed to be obsessed solely with fornication, and only concerned with the moment. As the divorce rate continues to skyrocket and the family decays, the state is defeating one of man's superceding loyalties. When parents choose to educate their child personally and homeschool them, they're often harassed by overzealous superintendents and "Child Welfare" workers for neglect… even though homeschoolers perform better on every test imaginable. The government wants your children; they want to "educate" them for you… more simply, they want to limit the children's range of thought. The next loyalty that the state wishes to overcome is that of religion. Religion can drive men to extraordinary, and sometimes irrational behavior- we're supposed to be automatons, not unpredictable. Consumerism is most compatible with a nation of atheists who lack a higher sense of happiness, and therefore, intend to buy happiness at the Galleria. Most scientists receive government grants for their research… obviously this provides a control mechanism on scientific research. The government wants us all to believe that there's no God and that we all came from monkeys- so that's what science tells us, even though scientific evidence goes against this theory. Mainstream science maintains that mankind 'evolved' from apes about 100,000 years ago- yet, all the evidence which contradicts this finding has been systematically ignored. German scientist Hans Reck, in the early 1900's, in Tanzania, discovered a complete skeleton, exactly like that of modern man, which was dated to one million years ago. In Laetoli, Tanzania, footprints "indistinguishable" from modern man were found in volcanic ash deposits more than 3.6 million years old. A stone arrowhead was found imbedded into the bone of a species of mammal that went extinct 1.8 million years ago. J.D. Whitney discovered tools and spear points beneath layers of lava geologists say are between 9 and 55 million years old. W.H. Holmes, of the Smithsonian Institute explained, "Perhaps if Professor Whitney had fully appreciated the story of human evolution as it is understood today, he would have hesitated to announce the conclusions formulated [that humans existed in very ancient times in North America], notwithstanding the imposing array of testimony with which he was confronted." Science ignores all these findings because they can't explain them; these findings, made through the same scientific applications as the rest, contradict the notion that we 'evolved' into our present form, from ape-like creatures 100,000 years ago. Whatever they cannot explain, they ignore, because they want to trick us into believing that they have all the answers which explain away religion. Common sense dictates that the government, all governments, wish to destroy religion and the family because they are the only two things which override its authority. Another tactic the state employs is division- divide and conquer. Without religion, people who wish to "belong" ban together with likeminded people in the belief that they gain political power through this. This, however, is a classic collectivist mechanism which destroys the importance of the individual. Women join Women's Lib, gays join Gay Rights, minorities vote for Democrats, etc. In turn, these sects of people are misled by agents of the establishment; they're herded into one way of thinking. Where are the honorable leaders of the blacks? Where are the next Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.? Why is the NRA complacent in defending gun owners from gun bans and gun registration? Where's a Presidential Nominee who's worth the vote? Most every sect, all the way up the ladder, is mislead and misdirected purposely by the money powers who wish to keep the influence of these organizations to a minimum. The globalists can't control everyone and everything with their money and influence. Certain anomalies will always exist- that's what "accidents" are for. Whoever wields sufficient power, but doesn't get in line, is often dealt with in more primitive ways. Paul Wellstone countered G.W. Bush at every turn, and his plane crashed with his entire family (his wife would have taken over his duties had only Paul perished) without a reasonable explanation. On April 10, 1989, a man named Jake Horton, Senior Vice President of Southern Company's Gulf Power, planned to board the company jet and confront the Board of Directors… just after takeoff, the plane exploded. CEO at the time, A.W. Dahlberg suggested, "Looks like he saw no other way out." Jake's brother suggests a different scenario; he explained that Jake intended to meet with the U.S. District Attorney to discuss greased politicians- specifically in Florida- and the dual bookkeeping and fraud of Arthur Andersen and Southern Company. The former Chief U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq, William Butler, said of Dr. David Kelly, "I will never forget the way he always insisted to me no matter what political pressure that was put on us, that we had to tell the truth, absolutely the truth; maybe this is part of why these terrible events have taken place." Obviously, a man insistent on the truth above all could not be allowed to wield such power. Dr. Kelly accused that high-ranking British officials "sexed up" dossiers on Iraq. One of his final emails warned of "many dark actors playing games" in the British Government. Eileen Gamble, who knew the Kelly's for twenty years, said, "I'm very angry and I think they have killed him as I think most of the village do." Dr. Kelly was a weapons inspector who didn't bow down to political pressures; he wasn't going to retire, as he stated in his final email that he couldn't wait to return to Iraq to attempt to discover illegal weapons. A man such as Dr. David Kelly wasn't going anywhere… so the globalists sent him the only place they could- to the grave. Oppose the globalists and suffer the consequences… if only more of us were such a nuisance to them! In January of 2003, it was revealed that Pete Townshend, guitarist of the Who, had his home computer confiscated for possessing child pornography. This surprised most people… but not those who read his online diary dated January 2002. In an article named A Different Bomb, Townshend stated that he had stumbled upon a piece of child pornography by inquiring about adoption of a Russian child as friends of his had done. These weren't pedophiles; these people adopted the poor child with the intention of caring for him properly. Disturbed by what he witnessed on his computer- free child porn- he wrote about it in his online diary and revealed a discussion with his lawyer on how to bring the pedophiles to justice. One year later, Pete Townshend's computer was taken for evidence. Why would a famous rock star talk about how disturbed he was over child pornography on the internet in his online diary, drawing attention to himself, if he indeed was guilty? In this online diary he speaks of his pain over a friend who'd committed suicide- this woman was sexually abused by her father since as far back as she can remember, and finally ended her life when her father met another woman and had access to another young child. This entry of Townshend's reveals his anguish over this topic and his vigilance over combating the presence of child sexual exploitation. It seems likely that, because he's famous and outspoken about a topic of global concern (and because the pedophilia rings run high into governments around the globe) he had to be discredited and, thereby, silenced. That's right, pedophiles are in high places and the child sex trade is epidemic; it's difficult for typical people to comprehend large numbers of people molesting small children, but the problem has reached the level of epidemic. These are just a mere few examples of men fighting corruption and being silenced. Many Congressmen's planes have mysteriously crashed. When a member of our struggle for truth begins to succeed and gain ground, they immediately become targets of framings and murders. It seems this trend will not stop until global control is established… unless we can stop them. They can't frame and murder us all. They can't trick us all into believing fallacies. We can't all be lured into adultery and betrayal. The more dissenters the globalists kill, the more martyrs they'll make. As they attempt to dissuade dissent, they're only going to increase our numbers. The globalists will not succeed; they will not hold dominion over the entire globe. As they inevitably reach for more land and power, they will eventually fall flat on their faces. As Thomas Jefferson said, "Enlighten the people generally, and tyranny and oppressions of body and mind will vanish like evil spirits at the dawn of day."

The Murder Of Gordon Kahl

Gordon Kahl was viciously murdered in 1983 by a gang of brutal criminals who have never been brought to justice. As though his mere execution was not enough to satisfy his tormentors, they beat the 63-year-old Kahl with the butts of their rifles, breaking multiple bones and teeth and further mutilated him through dismemberment. One foot would later be found under a refrigerator in the ruins of the house that was also destroyed by these terrorists. Kahl was executed at some point on that June day in 1983, via a point-blank shot through the back of his head, but still not satisfied, the terrorists then burned his body beyond recognition. Gordon Kahl had been a highly decorated World War II veteran, a farmer, the father of six, and a tax patriot. He refused to pay taxes to the U.S. federal government after he discovered that the government was operating under the Communist Manifesto rather than the U.S. Constitution. The cold-blooded killers who carried out this atrocity were U.S. government agents. (1)

Gordon Kahl was not the only person to die on that day at the hands of government “lawmen.” According to Aid & Abet Police & Military Newsletter, (AAPMN), Sheriff Gene Matthews was also murdered by the corrupt agents. (2)

The above horrific event took place in Arkansas, where Kahl had fled following his earlier February ambush by unidentified government agents, an ambush that culminated in a shootout between Kahl and the agents. The June day above, for Kahl, was his final day of torment at the hands of the U.S. government, and it came after many years of government harassment of the Kahl family. The harassment began after it became clear that Gordon Kahl apparently “knew too much” about the government and the direction in which it was slowly and quietly marching.

Kahl first opted out of the Social Security program in 1968 after studying communism and reading the Communist Manifesto. He discovered that the “heavy progressive or graduated income tax,” was the second plank of the Communist Manifesto. The fifth plank of the Communist Manifesto had already been set into motion in 1913, with the establishment of the “federal” reserve, which is a privately owned, central banking monopoly. (3)

Communism, however, was against his moral principles of Gordon Kahl, and against his religious beliefs, as well. According to his wife, Joan, Gordon notified the government in a letter addressed to “The Synagogue of Satan” that he was removing his family and himself from the SS program. He wrote that he was not going to pay into this socialist program, and he did not desire to receive services from it. Indeed, Gordon-and everyone else-had an option of opting out, because the Social Security program was established as a socialist-or voluntary-redistribution of wealth. But socialism is only a very short step away from full-blown communism, which is an involuntary redistribution of wealth and property, against the will of the people.

It was when Kahl began educating other farmers and then went on television in west Texas that the government took notice, and then took steps to silence him. Kahl was well-liked in his community. He was highly respected as an honest, honorable and principled man. He told the truth, and people listened. After his first local television program, at least 200 workers quickly filed W4 exemption forms that blocked employers from withholding income taxes. According to the documentary about the Kahl family, “Death and Taxes,” an IRS spokesperson stated that the IRS targets outspoken people like Kahl for prosecution, and they make examples of them.

Shortly after Kahl’s public programs, and despite the fact that Gordon Kahl did not make enough money to even owe taxes, he was placed on trial. He was tried and charged under Title 26, 7203 (willful failure to file), but he was sentenced for “income tax evasion,” which was Title 18. The judge, who refused to hear any arguments based upon the Constitution or upon Kahl’s personal convictions or religious beliefs, sentenced Gordon to one year in prison, which Gordon served in Leavenworth. This would be followed by five years of probation.

After serving the sentence in Leavenworth, Gordon was released and ordered to report regularly to his probation officer. By this time, Gordon had moved back to North Dakota. He had been forced into retirement at this point. Just after April 15th of that first year of probation, the government noticed that Gordon had again not “complied.” He had not filed his voluntary income tax return. When the agents approached him, Gordon told them he would never fill out another income tax return form as long as he lived, and he told the federal agents who came out to the farm, “I want to be left alone.” According to his wife, Joan, Gordon said, “I’m not giving government anything, I’m not taking anything from government. We are self-sustaining.”

The government then placed a lien on approximately 40 acres that belonged to the Kahls, and the Kahl family would now feel the lashes of the first, the third, the fourth and the ninth planks of the Communist Manifesto. Gordon filed a motion against this lien, but according to the Chronology transcript of the Taos Land and Film Company, the motion was confiscated by government agents and never reached the courts. An auction was then held. It was around this time that Gordon began to feel that the government was not going to stop its harassment of him short of killing him. The government of the United States, he believed, was never going to leave him and his family alone. (4)

In 1980, a warrant for Gordon’s arrest was issued on the grounds that he had failed to file an income tax return. This warrant was later rescinded, perhaps in part because no law can actually be found requiring Gordon to file an income tax return. In early 1981, a different arrest warrant was issued, this time because the federal judge in Texas wanted Kahl returned to his court for another hearing. The U.S. Marshals Field Report indicated the judge was “in no hurry,” and was demanding that Kahl be returned to Texas partly to demonstrate the ability of federal power to cross state lines, and thus counter statements Kahl had made. According to AAPMN, in July of 1981, however, with Gordon still free and the warrant still not served on him, Deputy Director John Twomey of the U.S. Marshals headquarters in Washington, D.C., instructed newly appointed North Dakota Marshal, Ken Muir, to put the matter away and not spend any more time or resources trying to serve the misdemeanor warrant on Gordon Kahl.

Gordon continued setting up town meetings and explaining to the other farmers why and how the government was now taking their farms away from them. Many of the farmers had paid millions of dollars for their farms, but they still did not own their farms because those payments were only paying interest to the banks. Many had lost their farms as a result of the U.S. farm policy that benefited large, aggressive, army-like agribusiness companies over smaller, family farmers, and as this took place, the entire farming community began feeling the effects of the eighth plank of the Communist Manifesto. The objective of the farmers trying to keep their land, therefore, was to try to establish local or “township government,” according to the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which would curb the federal expansionist powers that were threatening to take over their land, as well as take over every other aspect of their lives as individuals.

On February 13, 1983, in anticipation of one of Gordon Kahl’s township meetings, Marshal Muir and a number of other law enforcement personnel elected to ignore Deputy Director John Twomey’s 1981 instructions against serving the misdemeanor warrant on Gordon Kahl. According to the Affidavit of Criminal Justice Professionals, an independent group of professional criminal investigators, “Federal officers violated orders from Washington headquarters.” The lawmen not only violated direct orders, but they also violated professional law enforcement procedure to the point that their actions led to an unnecessary and deadly-but planned-shootout. The shootout resulted in two dead, and others gravely injured. Among the most gravely injured was Gordon’s 23-year-old son, Yorie. (5)

As the Kahl family, including Gordon, Joan, and Yorie, emerged from the township meeting with their friends, they noticed someone watching them with binoculars down the street in an unmarked pickup truck. Yorie and friend Scott Faul felt uncomfortable about the situation, but Gordon did not. Gordon’s intent was to simply drive home.

Yorie spoke privately with his father, however, and as a safety precaution to protect his father, they switched jackets, and Yorie donned Gordon’s cap.

The two cars containing the Kahls and friends proceeded on toward the Kahl farm. After driving over the summit of a hill, however, they suddenly saw that there was a roadblock ahead consisting of plain, unmarked vehicles. They did not know the identities of those in the vehicles, or why they were blocking the road ahead, and they made an attempt to pull into a driveway in order to turn around. At this time, however, an unmarked Ram Charger was seen speeding toward them from behind.

Blocked now from advancing or retreating, the people riding in the two Kahl cars discovered they were now being ambushed by carloads of unidentified strangers with rifles pointed at them through opened car windows.

At this point, all of the drivers of all cars stopped, and the men began emerging from their vehicles. The unidentified assailants were all armed. One man was armed with a riot shotgun. According to several witnesses, the men in the unmarked ambush vehicles began screaming obscenities at the Kahls, who still did not know who these men were or why the two Kahl cars had just been ambushed by them. “You’re going to die,” the men screamed, “we’re going to blow your f***ing heads off.” This went on for several minutes. “You’re going to die, you’re going to die.”

“They were laughing,” Yorie said, and he stated that one man “looked like something that just crawled out from under a bridge. He had long hair, a long beard, he was wearing a black leather jackethe looked like something you’d expect to jump off a Harley.”

“I remember Scott Faul saying to me,” Yorie continued, “‘what in the hell is this?’ and I said, ‘I don’t know, Scott. I’m getting my gun, I’m getting out.’” Yorie instructed his mother, Joan, to lie down on the floorboard inside the vehicle while the men went outside to try and determine what was happening. At this point, Yorie, Gordon and Scott got out of their cars carrying their weapons. (6)

“I didn’t know who they were,” Yorie would later state, “I didn’t even know how many of them there were.” Yorie took shelter behind a telephone pole and prepared to try to defend himself, his family and his friends.

According to one of the witnesses, one of the unidentified men slammed his rifle down hard on the hood of his car making a loud noise resembling a gunshot. Everyone apparently thought a shot had been fired, and this, the witness said, triggered the gun battle between the still unidentified assailants and their targets.

Yorie was immediately gunned down. He was shot in the abdomen with a shotgun, and then shot in the arm and right hand. He thought his arm had been blown off. He fell into the melting snow and mud completely incapacitated, and listened to the gun battle that then took place. When the shooting stopped, Yorie did not know if any members of his family or friends were still alive because he could not see any of the others from where he lay, facedown. “I remember laying there thinking, ‘gee whiz, all of us just got wiped out.’”

Killed in the battle were Marshals Muir and Cheshire. According to another Taos Land and Film interview transcript, attorney William Kennelly, (Scott Faul’s first lawyer, now deceased), stated it was Marshal Cheshire who accidentally shot and killed Marshal Muir. The interview states, “I think the ballistics evidence is just simply overwhelming, that it was Cheshire who shot. Muir only got hit with one shot. And I think it was very clear to me that it was Cheshire’s bullet, because he was the only one shooting that kind of bullet.” (7)

Injured in the battle were three other officers, one reportedly injured by a piece of ricocheting asphalt that entered his head through his ear, and another who would later give what has now been found to be false testimony while under oath during the trial of Yorie and Scott. Although this officer was clean-cut for the trial, this was the man who looked like a biker wearing the black leather jacket at the time of the ambush. This officer stated under oath that Yorie shot his finger off. Recently discovered medical evidence that was withheld during the trial, however, does not support this. The medical records indicate that this officer was, like Marshal Muir, also hit by fire from his own men. His wounds were caused by “pellets” fired by the shotgun of one of his fellow officers. Yorie was not carrying a shotgun. He was carrying his Mini-14, which would have discharged bullets, not pellets. (8) (9)

When the shootout was over, Yorie was near death. Scott and Gordon pulled Yorie into a vehicle and then drove him to a nearby medical clinic. After dropping Yorie off, Gordon later left town and fled to Arkansas. He fled because he knew beyond a doubt now that the government agents had no intention of arresting him. There would be no more trials for Gordon, no further juries and there would be no justice for this man. He knew now that he would be executed on sight.

Yorie lost his right kidney, his gallbladder, suffered severe liver lacerations, a lung laceration, and also lost a portion of his intestines. It was not certain at first if he would even survive his injuries, but when he did survive, he was then subjected to a trial without appropriate counsel. The first lawyer hired for Yorie, Gerald LaFountain of Montana, was in fact apprehended at the North Dakota state line, and then duly harassed by state and federal “lawmen” until he, too, was forced to flee North Dakota in order to protect himself. The lawmen who did this were operating under the sixth plank of the Communist Manifesto. LaFountain was refused permission to see or speak to Yorie, his client. LaFountain filed a sworn affidavit regarding this violation of Yorie’s rights through the law firm of former Senator, John DeCamp.

Despite the fact that Yorie and the others who were ambushed by unidentified, plain-clothed assailants were clearly acting in self-defense on that day, despite the fact that Yorie was completely incapacitated by gunshot wounds from the very first moments of the gun battle that was planned by the assailants, despite the fact that there was evidence indicating “friendly fire” was the cause of a large portion of this tragedy that was deliberately created by “lawmen” using confusion and mayhem to create terror, and despite the fact that Yorie was denied access to his hired attorney, Yorie stood trial and was charged and convicted on two counts of second degree murder, as well as injuring the other officers. Yorie is innocent of all of these charges.

No one has ever been charged with injuring Yorie. No one has ever been charged with dismembering and murdering his father.

Yorie was sentenced to two life sentences, plus fifteen years.

At this time, Yorie has now been in federal prison for almost 24 years. He is an innocent, political prisoner who has been repeatedly denied his rights. Similar to the situation of his father, the federal government is still not finished with Yorie Kahl. He has already spent most of his entire adult life in prison for crimes he did not commit, and unless Americans wake up and take this country back from the communists now secretly running things, this decent man will spend perhaps the rest of his life in prison. But, it will not stop there. If Americans do not wake up and pay close attention to everything that has happened to the Kahl family, then any one of us can expect to be selected as the next targeted “example” of a government that is completely out of control, illegal, and very dangerous. History will continue to repeat itself in an escalating fashion unless we learn from it, and learn well. The pattern of murderous corruption will not stop unless we stop it, and correct it and return this government to the only true law of the land, the U.S. Constitution.

The murder of Gordon Kahl appears to have been a heralding point that brought about a new age of communistic police force in the United States. The police state occurred because no one did anything to counter it. Something strange began to happen after Gordon was executed. His murderers got away with everything, and this seems to have set the stage for what then happened at Ruby Ridge. Unfortunately, we never learned the details about Gordon until many years later, because we only heard about him through the state-controlled media that spread only state-sponsored propaganda. This media falsely presented Gordon as a dangerous madman, and it presented the “lawmen” as heroes who were only doing their jobs. We would not learn that this was all a complete fabrication until many years later.

The stage was then set for Ruby Ridge to occur, in which a young mother was deliberately gunned down by a government agent. The mother was holding her baby in her arms when she was shot. We were lied to again, and we believed the lie, just as we believed the lie about Gordon, and the lie about Pearl Harbor many years earlier.

Now even more boldly out of control, the government then brought about the Waco Massacre. In this travesty, approximately 80 people-a third of whom were infants and children-were, according to tapes and transcripts, gunned down, tortured and burned alive by government agents and the military Delta Force. We now know that the government lied to us about the events of Waco, as well. One must wonder if we had stopped the pattern and demanded prison sentences for those who lied, if we might have avoided Oklahoma and 9/11. The events of 9/11 now stand as the “new Pearl Harbor” for the Project for the New American Century. (10)

We have now reached a point of critical mass, and we had better stop the escalating pattern of police and military violence here and now.

We had better stop allowing liars and murderers to go free simply because they are “agents” or “officers,” or high ranking politicians, while innocent Americans are being murdered or having their lives otherwise destroyed by a corrupt and arrogant system that has no conscience. We do not need “panels” or “commissions” of congressmen convened when mass murders or an assassination has been committed. We do not need government examining government. We need independent, professional criminal investigators to handle such criminal cases. And then, we need to listen to those professional investigators. We need to see that arrests are made and criminals are brought to justice. We need to watch trial proceedings closely, and if we see that a single judge is not upholding his or her oath to protect the Constitution, then we must assume they are upholding the manifesto of something else. They must be removed from office.

It is time for us to strike down the Communist Manifesto and its rules calling for abolition of property rights, confiscation by the state and redistribution of wealth against our will. At this time, we are also beginning to see a strange blurring of our country’s borders taking place. This is the ninth plank of the Communist Manifesto. The tenth plank is free public schools for children. In this plank, the children of a country taken over by communism will receive a government-approved education. As we now know, the public education now being received in the United States is equal to an abysmal education.

While we have been asleep as a nation, and assuming that our human rights and civil liberties were being protected under the Constitution, the Constitution has been swept away and all ten planks of the Communist Manifesto have been established in its place. (11)

We must now either take this country back, or be content to sit back and allow a communist police state to act as judge, jury and executioner for anyone targeted.

Every American needs to become familiar with the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. We cannot uphold the Constitution of the United States and also support a government that is based upon the harsh and impersonal mandates of communism. We need to dismantle the Communist Manifesto that is now being followed in various federal agencies, and embrace, again, the Constitution, just as Gordon Kahl once bravely tried to explain to us.

America and even the Constitution of the United States now owe a great debt to the Kahl family for all they have endured and unwaveringly stood for. They have bravely refused the demands of an unlawful government, even in the face of great personal loss.

This country was established as a Constitutional Republic-not a democracy-as many, including the president, apparently think. A democracy is mob rule. This country was a Constitutional Republic, a unique governing entity in which the government served as servant to the people, and people ruled the government with their opinions. We need to reestablish our Constitutional Republic. The first steps in doing so are in studying the Constitution and Bill of Rights, which are no longer being taught in the free public schools. The other important step is in acknowledging the debt we owe to the Kahl family. We need to demand freedom for Yorie. We need to demand that he be given the freedom, justice, and liberty that his father died for as he tried to preserve those rights for Americans while the rest of the nation was asleep.

We need to bring to justice those actually responsible for the murders that Yorie was falsely and haughtily charged with, and then we need to bring others operating within this so-called government and police state to justice, as well. We need to see prison terms for “agents” who dare to lie while under oath, and prison terms for others who fail to uphold their oaths to defend the Constitution.

But first of all-first of all-we need to give Yorie Kahl, an innocent man, back to his family. In fact, we need to give him back to America. Yorie had a teacher who was a very wise man, and America now needs wise teachers more than ever. (12)
